Gam - the beej (seed) mantra of Ganesha
Ganapataye - to Ganapati, the lord of all ganas (divine beings)
Namaha - I bow, I offer salutations
I bow to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the lord of all beginnings. May He bless all my endeavors with success and remove all hindrances from my path.
