4. Shop & Orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
We accept Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) and international cards via Stripe
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days within India; 10-21 days internationally
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs
Product images are representative -- minor colour variations may occur due to photography

5. Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Damaged/wrong items: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Send photos to shop@sanatanbliss.com
Change of mind: Returns accepted within 7 days if item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded
Perishable items (certain Ayurvedic consumables): Non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sanatanbliss.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. For consumer disputes, the applicable Consumer Protection Act provisions shall apply.
