Aum - the three aspects A (creation), U (preservation), M (dissolution)
The Ajna chakra is the seat of the guru, the witness consciousness and the sixth sense. Its element is light and its color is indigo. Meditating on Om at the Ajna chakra dissolves the duality between the meditator and the meditated, leading to samadhi.
