4. Shop & Orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
- We accept Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) and international cards via Stripe
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within India; 10–21 days internationally
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs
- Product images are representative — minor colour variations may occur due to photography
5. Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
- Damaged/wrong items: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Send photos to shop@sanatanbliss.com
- Change of mind: Returns accepted within 7 days if item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
- Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded
- Perishable items (certain Ayurvedic consumables): Non-returnable for hygiene reasons
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sanatanbliss.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
