📜 History & Origin
The current temple was established in 1947. The Mahavir Mandir Trust was founded in 1979 under the guidance of Acharya Kishore Kunal which transformed the temple into a major social service institution. The trust now runs Mahavir Cancer Sansthan (a free cancer hospital) and Mahavir Vatsalya Hospital.
