Om - the primordial sound
Chaturmukhaya - to the four-faced one (Lord Brahma)
Vidmahe - may we know
Hamsarohaya - to the one who rides the swan
Dhimahi - we meditate
Tanno - may that
Brahma - the creator
Prachodayat - inspire and enlighten
May we know the four-faced Lord Brahma. We meditate upon Him who rides the swan. May that Brahma inspire and guide our intellect toward creative wisdom.
