Mantra 1
ओम् त्रयम्बकं यजामहे
सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्
ऊर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्
मृत्योर् मुक्षीय मामृतात्
Om Tryambakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan
Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat
Meaning

Om - the primordial sound
Tryambakam - the three-eyed one (Lord Shiva)
Yajamahe - we worship and adore
Sugandhim - the fragrant one
Pushtivardhanam - the one who nourishes and strengthens
Urvarukamiva - like a ripe cucumber
Bandhanan - from the bondage of worldly existence
Mrityor - from death
Mukshiya - free me, liberate me
Maamritat - grant me immortality

We worship the three-eyed Lord Shiva who is fragrant and nourishes all beings. May He liberate us from death, just as a ripe cucumber is severed from its vine, and may He grant us immortality.
