Meaning

Sahasra Shirsha - thousand-headed
Purushaha - the cosmic man, the primordial being
Sahasraksha - thousand-eyed
Sahasrapat - thousand-footed
Sa Bhumim - He the earth
Vishwato Vritwa - having covered from all sides
Atyatishthad - he transcended
Dasangulam - by ten fingers (a small measurement)

The cosmic being has a thousand heads, a thousand eyes and a thousand feet. He pervades the entire earth and extends ten fingers beyond it. This describes the infinite nature of the supreme cosmic consciousness that pervades and transcends all existence.
